Shirley Noel Betts

Shirley Noel Betts of Burgess Virginia passed away June 27, 2025 at the age of ‘86’. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Julius Clinton Betts (JC), sons Julius Rennie Betts and Robert Clinton Betts (Bally).  She leaves behind four Daughters Ruby Myers, Pamela Porter, Doretha Cooke, and Darlene Jones (Michael), and a special grand-daughter, Latricia Shenell Owens.

 

The memorial service will be private.
