Francis E. Quinn

Suddenly gained his wings on September 27, 2025

Born in Hopewell, VA, on November 26, 1977, to Francis Sr. and Cynthia (Quinn).

Left to cherish his memory are his loving parents, his beloved son Nathanial Quinn, sister Kelly Quinn Hughes, step-sisters Vickie Archer and Jeri Lands (Ed), step-brother Robert Pittard, niece Brittany Rafferty, and his best friend Yagi — along with numerous other friends.

We were blessed to have him with us for 47 years. To know Frankie was truly a blessing, and he will be missed immensely.

 

A Celebration of Life will be held on Oct. 19, 2025 from 12:00pm – 3:00pm at the Moose Lodge in Colonial Heights
