Entered this life September 12th, 1939 and was walked home April 13th, 2026 with great joy and anticipation of waking up in Heaven.
Preceded in death by her parents John Henry Spencer Jr and Hazel Spencer and her brother John Henry Spencer III (Linda).
Survived by her sister and best friend Carroll Hochstrasser, her Nieces and Nephews Scott Spencer (Sharon), Josh Spencer (April), Christina Frank (Jason), Joan Hochstrasser Gamble (Matt), great nieces and nephews Christopher Spencer, Stephen Spencer, Joshua Glenn Spencer (Sara), Olivia Spencer, Adam Gamble, Isaac Gamble, Jaxson Frank, Colton Frank, and great great nephew Ollie Spencer, and a host of other “nieces and nephews that she adopted into her heart”.
Marie was a faithful follower of her Lord Jesus Christ and a long time member of North Run Baptist Church.

Marie taught our Bible Study class at Parham Park Place 1. I learned a lot from her experiences and teachings and feel very blessed to have known her. She loved her lord, family, church and neighbors at PPP1.
May she rest in peace with her lord by her side. May her family be comforted and find peace. In Jesus’ name.
