Brent Richard Purdum
Brent Richard Purdum, age 52, passed away on November 19, 2025. He was a beloved Marine, father, husband, brother, family member, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Brent is survived by his wife, Leslie Purdum; his two sons, Christian Lallo and Jonathan Purdum; his daughter, Shayna Purdum; his granddaughter, Tayleigh Vosburgh; and his brother, Bradley Bristow. He is also survived by his fellow Marine brothers, along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Purdum, and his mother, Janet Purdum Bristow.
Brent was born on February 2, 1973, in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he spent his formative years. He attended Greenwood High School and, at the young age of 17, proudly enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, beginning a life of dedication and service.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2025, from 2–5 p.m. at Richmond Coach and Cremation, located at:
